Tucson N Line S serenity white. Now had my car 16 days 42 mpg only down side sales said I can heat my car through my phones Bluelink app. During this last cold spell I tried it out only to find out everything was grayed out and not available only lock unlock. Big disappointment seems more miss selling unless someone can help.

You can't preheat your car via Bluelink. When I bought my car I knew far more about the product than the sales person.

Had our N-Line-S PHEV 6 months now and the only downside is being unable to preheat the car while it's plugged in and on charge.
