Took long enough for Amazon to send me the Hardwire kit but it took maybe 5 mins to place the wiring behind the A pillar and behind roof liner. Maybe 5 mins to connect wiring and 5 mins assorted stuff.

I had the panelling off last weekend so I knew where my earth choice was so had I not done my research on the fuse board and panel locations maybe add another 10mins here.

All in all, regardless of which Hardwire kit you buy(so long as the connector is the correct one), fitting a front camera is a piece of cake. Be a little slower with a rear camera but for anybody who might consider a front camera then hardwiring it is quite simple overall, not without its risk. All electrical work should be taken with care, also removing panels which let's assume would be expensive to replace.

Okay, I did pull the fuse for the instrument panel, which meant I reset the clock, meant to pull radio screen fuse, no guide in car for mapping fuses, had to trouble shoot with a meter. Other than that..........
