Tucson Premium SE 2016 passenger doors will not unlock from inside. Have disabled all auto locking and doors will still not unlock. Sometimes all is OK but not reliable. (Opening from outside not a problem) Any suggestions??

Do you mean lock or open?
If open then it sounds like the child proof switch thingey is set.
Haven't looked but it is usually on the rear inside edge of the door.

I think most posters here have the latest model Tucson, but assuming some things haven't changed; In the latest model there's two ways to unlock all the doors from inside. One is a a switch located on the door armrest and the other is, with the ignition switched off, when you open your door with the handle all of the other doors should unlock as well.
I have no idea if the door handle is electrically connected to the unlocking switch, but if using the handle unlocks the doors and the unlock switch doesn't, then you would appear to have a dicky switch as already mentioned.

But the OP said that they open from the outside so it doesn't appear to be locked.
Have you tried putting the child proof switches in the other position?

That's true, must pay more attention !!

OP - when you say passenger doors, do you mean just the rear ones or does it include the front passenger door too ?

Can't be child locks then, they're only on rear doors aren't they ?
It's looking like a trip to a dealer or a local auto electrician.
