Lost voice command

I took my car in for its first year service a week ago, it was a 2 hour wait type, so dropped off car and went round the corner for egg, bacon, sausage and black pudding and mug of tea great.
Looked at the video they did on inspection all ok, when I got back to dealers had a bout a 15 minute wait before car was ready including infotainment update, all seemed ok.
My only issue is before it went in Voice activation worked well ever since getting it new and I did not activate it, I went to use it a few days ago and it didn't work, screen showed a split screen, I didn't recognise the display and as I was driving left it until got home, I went into settings found Voice activation ticked the box but still not working.
Anyone know what I am doing wrong PLEASE ?
