Towbar PDC connection

Hi
I have Ultimate PHEV. just installed Gen towbar and 13Pin wiring kit but can not find the connection to PDC. there is a black / blue tracer wire from main towbar control unit, wire is only 6inch long so connection can not be far away. does anyone know where it connects. the instructions are not helpful and says option P14 in installation instructions.
