Mines a 2023 Tuscon Ultimate Hybrid and I've got same problem where can't move without fastening seatbelt?

I'm guessing your starting procedure but try:

Don't press autohold but release the EPB manually and you can go without belt.

On my 2023 hybrid I was surprised to find that the mode switch does more than just change the dash look , in sport setting the car goes like a scalded cat.
However I like my 49mpg (uk) so its back to eco for me.
Now if only I could find the towing eye bolt.....

Sports mode is also very good at charging the traction battery at an accelerated rate. Good to get the charge up if your gonna be leaving the car unused for a while.
