Another glitch.

Parked up to collect my daughter to take her swimming. Locked car. 15 mins later, unlocked car, got in and pressed start button once for accessories mode. Screen announced that the driver profile had been unlinked from my Bluelink profile. Car proceeded to reset Driver 1 to defaults including km/h on the speedo. With no time to alter it I had to drive like that

Here's the state of the Bluelink app: Um, yes it was already linked until YOU (Bluelink) unlinked it

And... Um, it IS off AND locked thankyou.

These gremlins are getting ridiculous

Yes that happened to me once and I have no idea why. The message came up while I was driving and I could not divert my attention to it. This emphasises the importance of using Bluelink to back up your settings. Once the Bluelink authentication has been re-established I am pretty sure that the settings can be restored.
