I thought I'd post this purely for general info and especially for those who are frightened to reset the infotainment system.
In 2.75 years of ownership, this is the first glitch the car has had that's worth mentioning.
Went to supermarket today. All was well on the way there, but after reversing out of the parking spot and driving away, the rearview camera would not go off, so main screen wouldn't do anything else. Switched off the screen with on/off button, whereupon the screen went black and there was nothing on the screen. Pressed on/off button a few more times and the central clock eventually appeared on the screen as it would when the unit is switched off, but I couldn't get the screen to show anything else.
Had to stop for a while at traffic lights, so whilst stopped I pressed the reset button with a Biro for approx 10 seconds. This woke the unit up and the Hyundai logo appeared and the unit is now working again.
So the message is, don't be afraid to do an infotainment screen reset, it won't do any harm.
