Pan sunroof seals

Guys as you know my panoramic sunroof seals are cracked and getting worse have had a 2nd opinion and they agreed it was a manufacturing fault but guess what hyundai are saying no well trying to worm yourself out of doing it under warranty i will post pics make your own mind up their has been guys posting on here that its happened to them and had it done under warranty i need their help what dealership did it if poss reg of car my dealerships is asking for this so he can check it on line and go back to hyundai even with my 2nd opinion they are saying no any help would be great go check your seals guys let me know if any of you have props regards tt

Sorry if you have mentioned ,. what reg is your Tucson. I guess its the top line one or the N line S ? I have an Oct 22 72 plate and ill give mine a good look over. Anything in the warranty on water ingression ?

Sorry yes its a 2022 hybrid ultimate with tech pack theirs a few on here with same prop but dont seem to want to help hope urs are ok
