Hi
Is thick black smoke when accelarating hard a normal and common thing for a 6 year Hyundai Tucson 2.0 CRDi with 190K mileage ?
Some additional info:
- car serviced at authorized service center as per manual
- use diesel Euro 5 B7
Thanks

If it's the intercooler pipe split then you are using more fuel and loosing power and it's not going to do the dpf any good either.... Whichever way you look at it, it's not normal behaviour....

With 190k miles/km? it could be a number of things including diesel injectors. Black smoke is normally caused by over fuelling so if it was me I'd get it checked.
