Sun roof seals help needed

Guys i need help hyundi are refuseing to replace my perishing sunroof seals under warranty ?? Why i dont know saying they dont know of any issues with seals ha jokers iam waiting for a report on a 2nd opinion now but what i need is help from guys out their who have had these seal issues is the dealer who did your warranty work for you so my dealer can check it so they can make a case to hyundi to get them to rethink the only option ive got left is the vehicle omnibudman which i will but if any ov you guys can help it might speed things up with my dealer pics ov seals are on two other posts about roof seals tia for any help given
