Help please- Change speedo units to KPH from MPH for Europe Trip

Hello everyone, we own a Hunday Tucson 2020 before the face-lift model and cannot find how to change the speedometer from miles to km. All info we found online is not helping. We have no "units option" on the settings to change this tried both from sat nav and the little paper sign from the steering wheel.
