Firstly, is the 622GW the culprit...Yes, how do I know? when I either disconnect the device or disable Bluetooth then the radio issue never occurs.

Is your 622gw configured to link to the iPhone on ignition start as a constant

I do not have any options on the iPhone, it's on all the time as soon as the 622 initialises I assume that is when the problem occurs.
