I have no idea who my “service partner” is meant to be, but I have deleted and reinstalled the Bluelink app 3 times and rebooted my iPad twice and that doesn’t help at all. Anyone got any ideas how to cure it?
Thanks

It could mean that your ipad/phone has no connection to the internet.
or
the car has no connection to the internet (it uses a mobile SIM, but I don't know what network it's on).
N Line S Hybrid (HEV).

SOLVED - I checked the car Bluelink setting and clicked on ‘reconfigure’ that didn’t work but it said there was no network connection.
I then stuck a paper clip in the reset hole near the radio controls and that reinstated it. So it’s working ok again but I’ve no idea why it disconnected in the first place.

Adecastr. - in that case give this a go and it should resolve it.
Disconnect your Bluetooth connection to your phone/tablet, in the car.
Then stick the paper clip in the reset hole for 5 seconds or so.
Then reinstate your Bluetooth so it searches and finds your phone /tablet again
I know what I mean, hope you can make sense of my instructions
Hope it sorts it.

Had the same issue since 22nd. Trying to reconfigure in the car gives an error, Although the Bluelink signal on the display shows good service.
Tired the paperclip reset and hit reconfigure, it activated after a couple of seconds

I’m sure you’ve already done this but did you switch Bluetooth off on your phone during the reset. I know it’s a small thing but sometimes it can make a difference

nje - yes, I did try this already, last night.
Will try again later today all the tips here posted as well.
Will let you all know if it worked or not.
Another message I have on my Bluelink app.
