CVVD actuator leaking

Hi all.
I just had a fourth service done at Hyundai. During health check they discovered Cvvd actuator leak. They said it was a recall on that already but this apparently was done before I both the car. They also said that it would be fixed under warranty, they just need a confirmation from warranty department or something.
My question is, is it safe to drive until this will be resolved, Hyundai said it is but I’m not sure if I’m not breaking something. Could you please help me. Thank you.
