Any delivery updates?

I'm having similar frustrations here in Belgium. The order was placed on 18/11/2021 for a Tucson that the dealer indicated would arrive in early January 2022 and would be available for collection on 31/01/2022. On 18/01/2022 after having sent an email to ask if things were still on schedule, I was informed that the expected availability was now 03/03/2022. We shall see!

Now informed that it will be 4th April. It's really frustrating because my current car was supposed to have been taken in part-exchange at the end of January. Between then and now, I have had to call out an emergency service to replace the dead battery. They're not cheap!

Have any of you who have suffered long delays been compensated in any way by Hyundai (free floor mats, boot liner etc) ?

When mine comes it's 27 weeks from order. So I didn't realise car didn't come with mats so I've managed to now include them for free and a tank of fuel. I've a 350 odd mile drive home from dealer so it's much needed. I've an ongoing case with executive team and I've asked for some form of compensation. Hoping for free service, least 1 as think they are now offering 2 years free servicing on some current adverts and 500 off. I wouldn't expect any off as already got heavily discounted deal.

My vehicle is supposedly arriving at tilsbury on the 23rd of this month. No information other than that. Can anyone inform me what vessel it's likely to be on and where it has sailed from. Any help appreciated.

It's the Kess carriers. The one en route EMS Highway, Neckar Highway, Main Highway and Isar Highway have all done the Gdansk -Tilbury route in recent months. 2 December, 1 Jan and this one en route is the 3rd time the routes been done in Feb.
