Front Drivers Door Handle Issues

Hi, New to this forum and would welcome any help with a 2016 Tucsan, the front door handle has to be pulled 3 or 4 times before it opens, looked on You Tube but can only find help with the internal door handle, can any one help?

Mine is the same and down to the keyless entry. If you push the little button on the outside of the door handle then pull the handle. Had me baffled for a while. Then press the same little button when you close the car to lock as it doesnt auto lock when you walk away like my Seat did.

I have a 2016 tucson with 45000 miles and have just started to pull the door handle twice before it opens. I found some technical information which I think is from America and they've extended the warranty on this issue to 10 years I will hopefully attach the data. Not enquired in the UK yet to see if they're doing the same.
