Grey sat nav line

Hiya, any reason why when I enter a destination the line to follow is now grey? I’m sure it used to be coloured and would change colour as per how busy the road is. The detailed plan on the side still is coloured.

When I enter a route it does say I need an update any ideas how I do that? (At the dealer and paid I assume?)

While I can’t answer your specific question as to why the route line is grey, there is no need to book your car into a dealership in order to update the nav system.
