Bird strikes

Hi all

Took delivery of my Tucson in July and have been enjoying ownership so far. Weirdly, having just washed down the car after a third occasion of striking a bird whilst driving I’m wondering if I’m alone in this phenomenon?

In all my years of driving (I’m no spring chicken, pun not intended) I don’t recall ever hitting a bird whilst driving, 3 since July and I’m curious if there is any possibility in the lights confusing birds, which have been pigeons as far as I can tell

You really need to stop aiming for them or someone may report you.....

I'll be honest, i hit a pigeon probably back in July time as well.
Tho this was on the motorway during the day so can't say it was anything to do with the lights.
