Dear Team,

I have a Tucson 2019 model and the GPS screen is having an old software and firmware. When I try to update it says check the memory. My SD card is empty and showing 128 MB free space. Can someone give me the procedure to update the firmware?

The present version
Software: TLFL.EUR.SOP.VO95.180521.DAU_A

Firmware: TLFL.EUR.284.180402.MICOM.DL

Thanks & Regards
George

I don't know about the 2019 model but going on what the Hyundai software update website/program says is that it recommends a minimum of 32GB and 128MB is well below that. Try to get a larger SD card

Does the 2019 Tucson allow an update via a USB flash drive? That is what I have used twice in my 2023 Tucson instead of the SD card as I don't have an SD card anywhere near big enough.

Assuming you are in the UK.
The navigation update guide is here:-

The 5 circles across the top are clickable so I suggest you check them all before you start to give you an idea of what to do.

You'll need to know which file to use so there's a list here :-
