Rear arm rest removel

Good afternoon, I was wondering if the rear armrest can be removed on a 2017 hyundai tucson, my child had left the arm rest down and left a mcdonald's cup holder on there, as I was parked up at some lights someone had thrown there cigarette though my window and it landed in the cardboard cup holder and burt though it and then in to the fabric, I was wondering how I can remove the armrest and replace it or cover it back with new fabric
