Help! I have an 08 Tucson 4WD CRTD Gsi which has been really reliable for 130k miles, but a couple of days ago I suddenly got a burning oil smell in the cab, pulled over and found it had dumped most of its oil from a hose which seems to go to something mounted to the back of the alternator.
It's a pig to get at or see, but what's left of the hose doesn't seem to reach where it appears to go to.
What does it do? Is this the oil pump? Is the hose easy to get? These's a lot of clutter above it hindering removal; is it easy to take apart and replace?

Any info appreciated, but it's dead on the drive and will need to be transported if I can't fix it at home.
