Hi, I have recently bought an old Tucson. I suspect the seller cancelled the codes for the Dpf prior to selling so I do not know how long it has been blocked or what has already been tried.

I have driven it over 50mph for more than 10 mins a few times, I have also added a Dpf cleaner to the diesel. Warning light is still flashing. Codes are p1405 and p2002. I do not know if the pressure sensors are working or if the regeneration is working.

I won’t be replacing the Dpf. I could pay a garage to clean it which I understand is about £80, if this was likely to be successful.

What would you advise?
