Hi

I took delivery of Hybrid Ultimate on Wednesday. I'm struggling to get BL up and runnin. On app I've entered VIN and clicked send message to vehicle but after a while it times out with message "This import request failed because the network connection of this car is unstable. I notice this morning that although my phone gets a good signal the "bars" in the top right corner of the screen are greyed out. Phone is defintely connected to car via bluetooth as I can play music off the phone in the car system. I have clicked activate BL on info screen. Any thoughts anybody? Is there a step by step guide anywhere as the owners manual makes no mention of BL tat I can find. Any help much appreciated
