speed cameras locations/alerts

Hyundai hybrid premium: Over the last few days speed camera locations / alerts and petrol prices have stopped appearing in the satnav. No sound alerts either. Phone connection remains solid and no changes have been made to settings. Mobile phone company states no problems with their data services and local Hyundai service centre not aware of any problems either. Anyone else had similar problem and any possible solutions?

On the assumption that connected services via bluelink are working correctly and/or you haven't muted the sound effects for the car (I assume not as you describe visual stuff missing, but if you have, then volume icon top left of map has sound effect volume)

then:

You could try resetting the infotainment unit? Small button, bottom left of unit. Press for a few seconds for a 'soft' reset. Press longer and you will hard reset and lose your settings.

If that has no effect and If you infotainment system software is out of date, you could always try a software update and see if that helps. Latest update is Nov 2023.
