The keyless entry theft issue led me down a rabbit hole of research, so once and for all heres the info you 2023 onward owners are looking for.

To turn off keyless entry and reduce the risk of "relay theft", go to your manual chapter 5 page 9. At the page top you can read how to make the car unresponsive to keyless entry.

Lock the car using the key fob remote. Press lock again and while holding that lock button also press and hold unlock. Hold the two buttons for 4 seconds.
The car will now not respond to keyless entry and must be opened using the key fob buttons.

This process must be repeated each time you want to stop keyless entry, as when you open the car it resets to respond to keyless entry.

I find the process easy and very convenient. Sadly I have no idea when the tucson got this facility, but I hear it was earlier in 2023
