Problems with the sound of flashing lights

Good morning,
I come to your knowledge so that you can guide me to solve a problem with my Hyundai Tucson 2016.


I am from Latin America, I have a Tucson 2016 which does not emit any sound when activating the flashing lights, nor when parking does not emit sound when I am approaching an obstacle, etc..
In the menu I have no option to disable all this, so I think it will be a mechanical problem.

What could be the problem that is not emitting any of these sounds? It is very important for me to solve this problem.

in the menu do you have a setting for the volume level of warning sounds ?
