Can someone help please?
I downloaded update file and it state's to put on SD card.
I downloaded the files and formatted the SD card but the car will not recognise this.
Can I put the files on a memory stick instead and plug into the USB port on the centre console?

From my experience it can only be done via the SD card. If you put a USB device in the USB port its expecting to play media.

I've always used the existing sd card from the car. I take a backup of it and then delete all the files. I download the update to my computer and then I copy the files to the sd card. The key with the file copy it to copy the contents of the directory that has been downloaded rather than the directory itself. Eg: if post copy you have a directory on the sd drive that is not correct. There should be multiple files on the root of the sd drive.

If you do this via the software downloader it should sort this for you but worth a check.

This may sound obvious, but make sure you have downloaded the correct model year software for your car. Previous year or subsequent years downloads are unlikely to work.

Thank you for your reply.
I didn't want to use original card in case this didn't work. Currently using the software with a new SD card and will check to see if that works.
