After reading your other post about your issue with the glass panal shattering, I would tend to look on that as a manufacturing/assembly issue that falls more under the warranty cover rather than with the vehicle insurer. Having said that, I can't find any mention of exclusions that could relate to a claim for a pan roof issue, so for the moment I would tend to say that it should be covered. The truth though will only arise with someone submitting a claim to see how the company reacts.
