What does this Radio button do?

I've had a look in the manuals and online but I think it refers to SoundHound but what is it doing and what do I use it for?

Seems to find an album cover and I can press a thumbs up then. Is that it?

It's the button that is orange and spins when you press it. Ha, nasty looking finger print on a photo, ah well.

Whilst I'm here, has anybody ever discovered how to have the radio station logo shown on the screen? Had them in my Seat car so I know the stations are putting them out around me in the signal. Mixed reports online that maybe the BBC(that I don't get) show them but otherwise I guess I can't see them.

Soundhound is an app that's used to find the track name and artist.

I used to use it quite a lot and it's always been very accurate. Not noticed it on the car though, and I think a lot of DAB radio stations if not all display this info anyway.

Seems the stations are pushing out the track and artist. For me this button appears to find the album cover and overlays it instead of the radio logo. As soon as the song ends it reverts. Seems so like it's Shazaam(so) of sorts. Can't see myself pressing that button too often.
