Order number to track build and delivery for a new Tucson?

I ordered a new Tucson a month ago, and have since been told I should have been given a order number that allows me to track it's build and delivery progress.

Is this correct? The dealer is avoiding speaking to me about it.

Hyundai UK customers services should be able to find this for you. I didn't get any useful build or tracking info however. The tracking website didn't work for my number. And the info from Customer Serivces was totally wrong. Their delivery date was a month later than what happened and they told me the car was coming from South Korea when it actually came from Czechia. I think the only meanginful info is when they tell you it's at the docks. That said I would complain that the dealer is being unhelpful.
