Hi, I'm a new member asking for some info about the new 1.6 T-GDi 48V MHEV 7DCT 150PS model.
I'd really like to hear some 'real life' info about fuel consumption MPG from owners before I place an order.
Many thanks
New member asking for 2022 mpg info
Hi it would be best to test drive a car I test drove the car you are after yesterday in auto and it was lovley to drive lovley and smooth. Mpg on the dash was 39 mpg and I took it city and down the motor way. Try some dealer with the model you are after and take it for a good test drive to make up your mind.

I did take the car for a 30 minute test drive and I really like the car. Unfortunately I didn't think to reset the trip computer and it is a waste of time to look at the manufacturers fuel ecomony figures.
That's why I thought it best to ask owners.
Edit... I'd be very happy with 35-40mpg
I also have the Ultimate Hybrid. I've covered just over 500 miles (only got it last week) and the car is telling me it's done about 44 mpg since the last fill up. Mixture of town and motorway driving.

I own a 2022 Ultimate Hybrid with Tech Pack - in Red (best colour).
Also have two motorcycles. Honda CB1300 and Honda CBF1000 (also red, of course).

I have the PHEV, however I recently did a circa 90 mile journey starting with no EV range and averaged 41mpg. This was averaging 70mph on motorways and dual carriageways which was probably two thirds of the journey.

I have a Ultimate Hybrid and have done 1700 miles, so far average is 43 mpg on a mix of 30 to 60 mph roads.
Had ultimate hybrid 230 for 3 weeks ,done approx 350 miles and showing 47.7 mpg, having done approx 250 miles motorway driving between 50 and 65 mph, other 100 miles comprising of short 5 mile trips. Anticipate once I start useing the car more frequently this mpg to drop to low 40 mpg.
Had my 230 hybrid since 1st March. I have never had a journey (large or small) and returned under 42mpg. Overall average is 46.2mpg with a few trips around 55mpg. I reckon I could get the average over 50mpg if I was to be more careful.Itchycat1 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 28, 2022 8:11 pm Had ultimate hybrid 230 for 3 weeks ,done approx 350 miles and showing 47.7 mpg, having done approx 250 miles motorway driving between 50 and 65 mph, other 100 miles comprising of short 5 mile trips. I've just come back from a return trip from Rochdale to Coventry. Mostly sitting at 70mph (71 on the speedo) on the M62/M6. Returned 44.1 mpg. I'm happy with that. I'm sure it would be better if I sat at 55/65 but I wanted to get there
