Not tried an Android phone, will try to find someone I know who has one! Good idea though.
It's been into the dealer and they can't find a fault. Evidently there's another update coming in a month or so, they want me to wait for that and if that doesn't work then they might look into replacing the unit. another month of frustration then!! :((

I’ve tried to use android auto, it’s a flakey as anything on the Tucson to the point it knocks out the built in sat nav making both useless.
I had my Kona for 2 years and never had any issues with android or CarPlay, guess it must be the new software that’s installed in the Tucson.

I used Android Auto for a long journey (2.5 hours each way) and it never dropped once. I've got the latest (Feb 22) firmware.

I own a 2022 Ultimate Hybrid with Tech Pack - in Red (best colour).
Also have two motorcycles. Honda CB1300 and Honda CBF1000 (also red, of course).
