Gears

Hi,
Recently purchased Tucson Ultimate. Anyone know if there is a setting which will show you what gear you are in (when not in EV mode obviously)?

If the shift paddles are used the gear will be indicated on the centre console just above and to the right of the speedometer. The number will be accompanied by an arrow if the systems advises changing to that gear. pages 4-10 and 4-11 of the manual. I have no information about the nature of the automatic gearbox but I wouldn't be surprised if its really an epicyclic and the ratios are a bit arbitrary. I have yet to notice any change beyond a slight jerk when moving off from rest.

Incidentally its also possible to replace the economy dial with a rev. counter on the right hand side. I haven't tried it yet but it could be interesting!
