Bulb fitment

Hi all got 2019/2020 se nav Tucson tried to change low beam to led but bulbs keep falling out .Is this because the bulb locks in place? And also the bulb guide in manual is showing wrong fitting for hi beam it's saying H7 when's it's hb3 fitted .has anyone else had problems when changing low beam& bulb not fully locking in ? Also how do you change fog light bulbs thanks

Bulb is a H7 its inserted in the bulb holder and locked into the head lamp by turning clockwise when , the mark on the headlamp apature has to align with the mark on the bulb holder, you'll need a mirror to see along with a torch...not easy.

Is it a tight fit into bulb holder ? As previously was very loose and bulb kept falling out of holder
