Sending Navigation destination via BlueLink App

I have just purchased a new Tucson. Trying to use the BlueLink app to sent Navigation destination to my car. The app says it has done so by sending a point of interest but it does not seem to appear in the cars navigation system. Any idea what I am doing wrong

Hi. You need to look in Previous destinations within Navigation and then select Search. Destinations sent via Blue Link should show.

I had this issue with my new Tucson, the dealer updated my software which solved the problem. The problem was to do with the latest version of the Bluelink app was not compatible with the previous version navigation software.
