Hi,
Is it possible in the UK to get the apple carplay update to a satnav sd card for a 2016 Tucson. Can it be downloaded from Hyundai UK or are a dealer able to offer the service?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately, not possiblle.
I looked into this back when we got our 16 plate Tucson in 2020.
I excitedly read about Hyundai releasing an update on SD card to allow for it, but it turns out it only worked on North American / Korean variants that used a slightly higher spec operating system and screen.
It seems the UK / European versions can't manage the extra load required for carplay / andriod auto.
Since then I occasionally look to see what alternatives there are and it seems you can buy after-market replacements but apparently, it comes at the cost of some existing functionality not working.
