My 2020 Tuscon has a problem in the back seat. The vents don't blow anything.

Is this normal on these vehicle's?

Could the duct work have disconnected in the console?

It has about 35000kms on it. I bought it when it was 6 months old and it has never worked.

Have you moved handles up/down, it opens/closes the vents, at least in the Tucson NX4.

Yes I have opened and closed them. Gone up and down side to side and nothing comes out of them.

Surely this an issue that requires the attention of a Hyundai dealership under the terms of the warranty? I’m not aware of the length/terms of the Hyundai warranty in Canada but if something should work but doesn’t, then that is what the warranty is for.
2023 Tucson Hybrid (HEV) Ultimate; ordered 12/05/23 - collected from dealership 07/06/23.
