Re: Delighted new owner - except for the Sat-Nav
For the guidance, did you compare it with something like Google maps off your phone to see whether that worked any better? It may be a common sat nav issue.
Personally, I like the inbuilt one but I only use it from A to B. I find it re-routes quite intelligently when there's issues ahead.

Went in to chat with the manager. Norma loves the colour (Sunset Red) - they had a manual version in the showroom. She also tried to blag a visit to the Hyundai factory in Seoul as she's off there in August with the Scouts. Not sure that worked though. Her car is on a ship bound for Tilbury. Apparen...

The car is so good, we are getting another one
I got my Tucson last March (22). In the year I've had it, my wife, who has a 2017 Toyota Rav4 hybrid, has driven it a bit. It's possible the host server was busy with something else. There's not a lot we can do about it.

Re: An ignorant question on keyless security
Phil, that's good news. My key fob is inside a tin safe behind a brick wall and about 1.2 metres from the outside of house.
Inger, I don't know about you, but when I lock my car, I can hear the locks engaging. I think I'd know if nothing happened when I pressed a button.
