As above, but pressing the button overrides a scheduled charge.
For example if you have a home charger and setup the car to charge 01:00-04:00 but stopped at a cafe one lunchtime and plugged in, the car will be waiting for 01:00 to start charging. Press the button and it will start immediately

Had my car serviced by Hyundai Swindon (Pebley Beach). They used the correct grade of 0w20 but overfilled way over the maximum on the dipstick.
I ended up sucking out 500ml to get it back down to the F mark.
They also left the radiator fan disconnected.

If you had an Android phone then you can essentially use your phone as a the USB stick since they support copying and pasting files directly from a PC.
You'd probably still need to play them through an app on Android auto but it does do away with the faff of having to have everything in iTunes to sync
