I left the car all day but it was probably just as well because the firmware update had to be done twice and they did give the car a bit of a clean up too.

I am not familiar with this feature but does the seam immediately behind the panel form the front of the sliding roof aperture? If it does it looks very possible that the repeated impact of the roof slamming tightly enough to seal the joint could be causing a stress fracture.

My 2022 PHEV has just had its first service including this recall updating ECU ( Engine Control Unit) and OBC ( On Board Charger) firmware. My PHEV has just had its first service and the filler flap problem was addressed under recall 20DC04. I'll report if there are further problems.

This just happened to me at a very busy Tesco - highly embarrassing . After emptying the boot of detritus I tried the manual release and it didn't help. Eventually I used an old store card to work around the edge but as I was on my own i just got lucky eventually. Now I can see where the catch is i...

The basic reason for not doing this is that the 12 volt system is not designed for the high current required by a conventional starter motor.
