Re: Led headlights
I have an Ultimate trim hybrid and have to say that the LED headlights are one of just a couple of things that I'm really disappointed with about the Tucson. I previously had a Karoq with LED projectors and they were amazing. So, how about this. In the UK, the only 2 variants for Tucson headlights a...

Hybrid Petrol Flap Alignment
I’ve read some people having issues with the fuel flap releasing, but my issue is slightly different in that my flap seems poorly aligned. Had my Tucson since May 2022 and have only recently noticed this, so I think it is a new development as opposed to it always having been like that. Essentially, ...

I’ve found a super fluffy microfibre mitt really good for the infotainment panel and driving cluster. Definitely dust magnets.

Re: Deadlocks?
If you lock your Tucson and then leave your keyfob for several minutes (sorry, I don't know the timescale), it will go to sleep and then cannot be read by an oik with an electronic reader. If you keep your fob about your person so it never goes to sleep, then get a Faraday bag and keep the fob in t...

Deadlocks?
I have keyless entry and start and when I’m at work doing day shifts, I park my car in a large public car park. My previous vehicle was a Skoda Karoq with keyless entry and start. The Karoq allowed deactivation of the keyless entry and deadlocking of the vehicle. This was done by locking with the re...

Re: Question about hybrid push button auto gearbox
My Tucson is the first automatic I’ve ever had and I really like it. Takes some getting used to but I think you will enjoy it as from my experience with it, it’s good. I didn’t know what neutral was for either and after checking some YT vids my take away was the same as what others have posted here....

Re: Self charging EV only range?
You must be really light touch on the throttle to achieve 52mpg! I did a 200 mile round trip this week, mostly motorway at a steady 70-75mph and only returned ~41-42mpg. I got my Tucson on Tuesday this week and did a 9 mile town driving journey and got 57mpg. Because of the slower average speed I.e...
