Yes I touched the update button and then got then message in yellow. Do you recall how long the update takes? maybe it just dispalys that message till it's done?

Has anyone out there done this successfully. I followed all instructions but when I put USB stick in car and went through update procedure and got a message in yellow (see photo) with no indication that update was proceeding. Incidentally the Update "button" the message was grey not white ...

Update just done a reset (not factory default) and there's a phone signal and trip info for April but nothing before that. Remote lock unlock is working too...blimey.

Thanks everybody. I did actually find it deep in driver convenience settings under rear seat alert. The box was checked so I just unchecked it. I'm not sure why I've never seen it before until the 24 month service last Thursday. Maybe they did a "Factory Default" reset or something.....but...

Mine took 50 minutes from the time the doors were unlocked till the time it was handed back.....did they really do a second service in 50 minutes?
