Interesting idea but I can clearly see that EV disappears from the display when hitting around 25 miles from start of driving (with 100% charge) - of course this also corresponds to the mpg dropping from 999 to double figures within a few miles
So not sure resetting trip would make any difference

Re: Big drop in EV range (not cold related)
Thanks - so that mirrors our real world fairly closely up to this month which has dropped significantly The full charge does show 35 on the display etc but we realised a couple of weeks ago that it rapidly drops from around 10 miles left down to zero from around 22 miles onwards which usually result...

Big drop in EV range (not cold related)
Have had our Tucson PHEV for nearly 2 years and always had EV range around 34-37 miles and with the usual pros and lowers with temperature outside The last month or so we are barely getting 26 miles even when outside temps are early 20s so def not a cold weather issue Anyone seen similar or do we ha...

Re: 2022.. surely the year I finally get my new car!!
Collected our ultimate plug-in yesterday, ordered mid October so a few pushbacks on delivery but definitely better than some others. Noticed there were 3 others waiting for collection when we got ours so clearly a few made it from Tilbury!

Re: Order Lead times
I was told end of November but now mid/end of January and that was earlier than your order so I wouldn’t hold out any hope of December I’m afraid.

Re: Tucson ordered now the long wait
As expected when telling the dealer that it would seem, once again, they lied to get us to purchase a new vehicle I get a truthful response that delivery date is now showing as 16th January 2022

Re: Tucson ordered now the long wait
Interesting as I was told a week ago my Ultimate Plugin was already on its way and would be available latest end of November - I called the salesman yesterday and he confirmed that it was still due to arrive this month but when I asked if it was actually on its way or is it still in Korea he then sa...

Re: New Tucson Delivered 6th Sept
Ok so did some more digging and seems I can just complete the application on the podpoint site and it confirmed the plug-in Tucson is eligible! Uploaded order form, filled application in and confirmed MPAN and says order placed at the reduced £529 price. Also seems includes the additional board/cons...

Re: New Tucson Delivered 6th Sept
Thank you for this, it’s very odd as the dealer told us we were not eligible for any reduction in cost and didn’t even mention contacting podpoint directly! Appreciate the advice on podpoint too, we have an odd situation anyway as we have a 100amp cable into a separate meter box that is ours not the...
