I had this issue with my new Tucson, the dealer updated my software which solved the problem. The problem was to do with the latest version of the Bluelink app was not compatible with the previous version navigation software.

Thanks for your response Colin, I did look at the sun roof which was closed. The car alarm has not been activated, its just the Bluelink mistakenly thinking it has.

I have a Tucson Ultimate which is 4 weeks old. I have had 4 warnings to my phone from the Bluelink app, informing me my car (Alarm) Anti-Theft alarm triggered please check vehicle. When I go to my car all is OK. Any help would be much appreciated.
